Veda Naturals Shatavari Powder Extract

Shatavari powder is obtained from the Shatavari plant that belongs to the asparagus family. The plant grows in the Himalayas, in India and a few other places. It is considered to be a superfood. This vegan product contains finely powdered Shatavari and is easy to take.

Recommended dose:
Take 1 teaspoon daily with water.
