Description
Triphala means "three fruits" and in this product is made up of:
- Amalaki
- Haritaki and
- Bibhitaki
They belong to the myrobalan genus.
Triphala is one of the best-known herbal mixtures in Indian Ayurveda. A particularly valuable Rasayana.
