Description
Made from unroasted sesame seeds. The seeds were gently de-oiled and finely ground. The product contains about 10% - 12% sesame oil and vegetable protein. It gives your food a pleasantly nutty taste. Perfect for porridge and desserts!
Tip:
- During baking, 10% to 20% of the flour can be replaced with sesame flour. Since it has a very good swelling capacity, just adjust the amount of liquid in the recipe accordingly!
