Description
Tulsi is also known as "holy basil" and is considered the queen of herbs in Ayurveda. The tablets consist of high-quality herbal powder and are free from additives. As a plant, it is used to balance Vata and Kapha.
Recommended dosage:
- Take 2 tablets twice daily with warm water, preferably with meals.
