How to use:
You can either spray the Ayurdent® Gum Care Oil directly onto the gums or spray a little on your finger (at the sink) and then gently massage the gums for two to three minutes. Spit it out and rinse your mouth with lukewarm water.
Ayurvedic oral hygiene tips:
Brush your teeth with Ayurdent® Classic or Mild toothpaste. Clean your tongue with a stainless steel tongue cleaner or a silver-plated tongue cleaner. Massage your gums twice a day with Ayurdent® gum care oil.
