Estimated Duration of Delivery
The delivery period is displayed on the product page. When the package will be delivered can be viewed on the "My Basket" page, i.e. after entering your delivery address and desired delivery company.
In the event that the ordered items cannot be delivered by the manufacturer, due to the manufacturer not being able to fulfil their contractual obligations, we have the right to withdraw from the order. The customer will be informed immediately.
Please note that our packages are dispatched from our warehouse in Austria, thus our Customer Support Team is not available on Austrian public holidays, nor are order processed or packages dispatched on these days.
Austrian Postal Service
In Austria your order will be delivered by Austrian Post. If you order by Thursday 12:30 o'clock and the ordered products are in stock, your order will be processed the same day. Delivery takes place on the same business day after dispatch.
Immediately after the successful entry of the order, you will receive a confirmation via mail. On the evening of the day of dispatch, you will then receive the dispatch confirmation with your personal tracking number. This allows you to track your parcel accordingly.
Depending on the shipping option you have chosen, the parcel tracking data may not yet reflect the latest status at the time you receive this email and the update may take up to 48 hours.
The estimated delivery date of your order will be displayed next to each product and also in the shopping cart.

Of course, our delivery services always try to deliver the consignment as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, please understand that there may be delays in delivery from time to time, mostly due to weather or traffic conditions.
With EXPRESS delivery, we offer customers in Graz and Vienna a special service: Receive your parcel in a flash via your local bicycle courier! This CO₂-neutral form of delivery is particularly environmentally friendly.
What prerequisites are there for using EXPRESS delivery?
- Select "EXPRESS delivery" as your shipping option in the check-out process.
- Your order must be placed by 12:00 p.m. in Vienna, or by 13:30 in Graz.
- The products in your order must be in stock and the order must be paid for immediately.
- The products you order must weigh 31.5 kg or less.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday after 5 p.m. You'll receive a confirmation message by email immediately after your order is placed.
If our delivery team does not reach you during their first delivery attempt, they'll call you to organise a new delivery time.
What happens if you order after the deadline?
Your purchase will be sent using EXPRESS delivery on the next possible business day.
- We need your phone number so that we can contact you during your delivery.
- Furthermore, you must use an immediate form of payment for EXPRESS delivery.

We care about the environment, and so should you!
The filling material used is 100% biodegradable - and suitable for composting. Glass containers are wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection against breakage.
Our boxes are made from pure carton and can be disposed of in waste paper refuse.
Delivery of Bulky Items
Large or bulky items are generally delivered via a freight forwarder. Typically, orders are delivered to the curb of the delivery address. The forwarding company will contact you over the phone to schedule the delivery. Deliveries can only be made by appointment.
Our goods are dispatched from Austria which is part of the European Union. For orders placed within the European Union, VAT is included in the total purchasing price. Thus the movement of goods is exempt from any additional customs and tax duties within the European Union.
