Description
Start your day right with this basic set for Ayurvedic oral care. The set includes organic oral care oil, organic virgin coconut oil and a copper tongue scraper. The oral care oil cleans intensively and cares for the entire oral cavity. The virgin coconut oil has the same properties as well. After the oil pulling procedure, you can clean your tongue with copper tongue scraper. Which oil you use for oil pulling is entirely up to you. You can also use both oils, for example, you can use the organic oral care oil in the morning and organic virgin coconut oil in the evening before going to bed, or vice versa.
Recommended use of the oils:
Rinse your mouth vigorously for a few minutes in the morning and evening before brushing your teeth with 1-2 tablespoons of the Organic Oral Care Oil or 1 tablespoon of the Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. Then spit out into a cloth. The oil should be moved back and forth or from top to bottom throughout the mouth. Don't swallow!
Important:
The teeth should only be brushed for a few minutes after the oil pulling with toothpaste and a toothbrush.
Recommended use of the tongue scraper:
Wipe the tongue with the tongue scraper 2 - 3 times after brushing your teeth from back to front. Then rinse out the tongue scraper thoroughly under running water.
Note on the copper tongue scraper:
Clean the tongue scraper with hot water before using it for the first time.
