RollArt Fascia Roller - Medium

The RollArt Fascia Roller - Medium is perfect for tense muscles or hips. It can also be used on your thighs. The roller is recommended for large muscle areas like the thighs, calves, arms, back, neck, shoulder, chest, lateral back muscles, abdomen and soles of the feet. You can use the roller to loosen tight connective tissue. The roller can be used either by yourself or with the help of a partner or therapist.

• You can use the roller on your back if you do not use much pressure. You can hold it by the handles and gently smooth it over your spine.
