An Alkaline Tea Blend

The alkaline tea is perfect for covering the daily requirement of liquids during a fasting period or diet.

Preparation:

• Brew 1 tea bag in approx. 250 ml of boiling water.
• Brewing time: 1 - 2 minutes

Note: To cover your daily intake it is recommended to enjoy 1 litre of herbal tea per day.

Tip: It is advised to consume an additional 1 - 2 litres of still water a day.
