Description

If you are short on time to make a nutritious meal for the whole family from scratch then this is the perfect solution. This fresh, vegan and incredibly delicious dish is ready to serve in just ten minutes and you only need three extra ingredients. The Organic Sunflower Mushroom Pan is an absolute novelty on the market, as it is a meat substitute made from sunflower seeds. It is the perfect alternative to soy and has a high protein content.

Note: The spice mix contains salt so you do not need to add any. If you eat less salt, it is best not to add the entire spice mix pack at once.

Instructions to prepare (serves four):

  • 1 pack of Organic Sunflower Mushroom Pan
  • 1 onion
  • 250 g mushrooms (single variety or a mix, as desired)
  • Some oil for frying
  • 500 ml of water
  • Fresh, chopped parsley, optional
  1. Chop the onion and fry in oil in a large pan.
  2. Cut 250 g mushrooms into thin slices and add to the chopped onions. Stir and cook briefly.
  3. Now add the sunflower mince to the pan.
  4. Add 500 ml water and season to taste with the spice mix (add the whole package or just part of it).
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  6. Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Enjoy!
