Description
Verna is an ancient variety of wheat that originated in Tuscany, Italy. It is rich in protein (about 12%) and can be easier to digest than other pasta thanks to its lower gluten content. In addition, the rough and wavy surface ensures better absorption of the sauce, so nothing stands in the way of a real Italian treat.
