A flavourful tea created by Saint Charles is ideal for ending the day on a relaxing and soothing note with its pampering and pleasant effect.

Active plant ingredients:

• St. John's wort
• Lemon balm
• Mallow

Preparation:

• Add 1 - 2 teaspoons to hot water and leave to brew for 5 - 8 minutes.
