Description
Cat's Claw or Una de Gato (Uncaria Tomentosa) is probably the best-known rainforest plant.
- Obtained from the inner bark of the plant
Recommended use:
- Add 1 tablespoon of tea to one litre of water and simmer for about 15 minutes. Strain and drink either warm or cold. Goes well with Stevia sweetener.
- Pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 3 should not take Una de Gato for safety reasons.
- Una de Gato is a natural product that varies in colour and shape.
