Red Maca Poder in Organic Quality
Maca root comes in various colours. The red maca root is valued for its high content in antioxidants, vitamin C, vitamin B3, carotene, zinc and calcium. In South America the red maca root is traditionally used for the prostate and bone density.
Suggested use:
- Mix 1 teaspoon (5 g) of red maca in milk obtained from grains, juice, muesli, yoghurt and fruit salad 1 - 2 times a day.
