Application:

• Soak a cotton pad with toner and gently stroke across the face without rubbing. It is recommended to apply the facial toner after having used the cleansing milk to remove any residues. Follow with a face cream. The toner should also be used before and after a face mask to prep the skin for subsequent care products.
