Seyfried's Natural Goods Nasal Douche

This Nasal Douche is specifically designed for cleaning and clearing the nasal passages. It also clears the head and prevents disease. In India and other cultures, it is used for clearing out a cold.

Application:
Fill the Neti pot with lukewarm water and 2 pinches of salt. Tilt your head toward the left shoulder. Pour the salt water gradually into one nostril. Ensure that you find the right position in order for the salt water to reach the other nostril.
