Origin & Quality

• The wakame algae stem from the Spanish Atlantic Coast and are carefully harvested by hand. Only the best algae are selected, gently dried at 42°C and then crushed into flakes. Only the best organically certified ingredients are chosen for use.
• The vegetables and herbs stem from controlled organic agriculture and perfectly complement one another: kale, broccoli and spinach compliment classics such as leeks, parsnips, carrots, savoy cabbage and tomatoes.
• The addition of turmeric, nutmeg and pepper create a tasty base for soups, sauces and casseroles.
