Izumi Bamboo Tea Scoop

The bamboo tea scoop, also called chashaku, is the traditional tool used to scoop Matcha straight from its container.
The chashaku is carved from bamboo and molded by hand with hot steam and plenty of patience into its unique shape. The chashaku must not get wet - always wipe it clean with a dry cloth.
