Cosmoveda Organic Ashoka Capsules

Ashoka - Saraca indica - is a small, evergreen tree with 15-25 cm long, very narrow leaves. The bark, seeds or yellow-orange flowers are used in the Ayurvedic diet.

• The fine and gently milled (below 40 °C) powder, derived from the bark, comes from our Indian and Sri Lankan Fairtrade and organic projects.

Recommended use:

• Take 4 capsules twice a day between meals with warm water.
