Andrographis paniculata - is an annual herb with pointy-lanceolate leaves and small flowers whose leaves, seeds and roots are used in the Ayurvedic diet.

Recommended use:

• Enjoy a maximum of one level teaspoon per day, mixed into a glass of warm water, milk or vegetable milk

Please note:

• If the drink tastes too bitter, you can mix a little honey into it.
