- Grita is a traditional Ayurvedic type of ghee (clarified butter) is enriched with a special herbal substance. For classic Ayurveda gritas, only organic ghee is used.
- Ashwagandha ghee can be used internally and externally.

- In Ayurveda, ashwagandha is one of the most commonly used dietary supplements. Its significance in Ayurveda is comparable to that of ginseng in traditional Chinese medicine. The Ashwagandha root reduces Vata and Kapha.
