Amaiva Kapha - Ayurvedic Bath

Kapha is the 3rd organizing principle. With its natural defenses, it represents the biological strength of the body. Kapha is responsible for endurance, strength and cohesion. Kapha's characteristics are mental stability and calmness. Kapha sits in the head, the respiratory organs and the torso.

Kapha type character:

• Slow
• Good long-term memory
• Peaceful
• Hard to upset

Application:

• Take a full bath with 2 tablespoons 1-3 times a week
• or a sitz bath with 2 tablespoons of base bath salts
• or a foot bath with 1 tablespoon of base bath salts
